What is the USPTO?
The USPTO is the United States Patent and Trademark Office which is where a person in the United States applies for a patent to protect their invention, to define it as theirs alone,
designed and created by the person making the application. All these completed applications that are issued by the United States Patent Trade Office( USPTO )
are kept in a database which is accessible to the public.
Why license a patent?
If you are a patent owner, you are the only one who may legally make, use or sell products using the patent. By licensing the patent, you allow somebody else to use your patent for the
legal right to manufacture, use, sell or even import your patented invention.
